Autobiography, ca. 1995.

Contains history of Bateman's military service, from June 1943 to November 1945. The collection discusses his training at Camp Callan, San Diego and Gunnery School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bateman discusses his base in England and 19 bombing missions over Europe. Also included is a copy of Maurice's patriarchal blessing, pieces of correspondence, and transcribed flight log.
